The Problem
Water treatment plants operate on tight margins. Operators were making dosing decisions based on experience and periodic lab results, not real-time data. Every percentage point of chemical overuse is cost and environmental impact.
The Solution
Designed the operator-facing product surface over 2 years: configurable dashboards, real-time dosing recommendations, multiview workflows, and a research-led PLC redesign. Focused on making complex process data trustworthy enough to act on under pressure.
