Complex business decisions are often made poorly — not because people lack intelligence, but because they lack structure. No existing product category to reference. The tool had to feel like a thinking partner, not a form to fill out.
The Solution
Ran 4 research tracks before designing any screens. Explored 3 interaction models (conversational, canvas-based, structured templates) before landing on a hybrid: AI-guided prompts within a structured framework users could navigate non-linearly.
